The Duke of Sussex seemed apprehensive as he returned to the red carpet with wife Meghan Markle in the first episode of Heart of Invictus, which is now available on Netflix.
Meghan and Harry were spotted arriving for the Salute To Freedom Gala, which took place in 2021 at the Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum in New York.

It was one of the couple’s first red carpet appearances since they stepped down as senior members of the Royal Family in early 2020.
As they walked the red carpet and welcomed other guests, the couple clasped hands tightly.
“We haven’t done this for a while,” Harry could be heard saying.
As they entered the museum, Meghan said, “I know,” in support of her husband.
The Duke appeared to be in a state of panic as he told her, “My heart’s like ‘digadigadiga’.”
The couple then exchanged pleasantries with guests inside the event before Harry attempted to calm himself before giving a speech.
He’s shown in a backroom drinking a glass of water while looking out the window before Meghan arrives to lead him to the stage.
Despite his nerves, Harry walked the stage to deliver his address, telling the crowd, “Tonight, we are here to honor a group of men and women whose lives are defined by service, purpose, and, of course, resilience.”
“Many of us in this room understand why service members often feel isolated when they come home or once they leave the forces. Wouldn’t you?”
Prince Harry introduced himself as a “dad of two, owner of a couple of dogs, husband, and founder of Invictus Games” in the opening moments of Heart of Invictus.
“What’s your name?” inquired the interviewer behind the camera. “My name’s Harry,” he said.
“What do you do, Harry?” the unknown person questioned.
Prince Harry continued: “What do I do? On any given day? I’m a dad of two under three year olds, got a couple of dogs, husband, I’m founding patron of Invictus Games Foundation. There’s lots of hats that one wears, but I believe today is all about Invictus.”
