Salma Hayek has aged quite gracefully. At 56, the actor has an all-natural beauty, a feat that is difficult to achieve in show business.
Show business borders on physical appearance. And the glamorous life in Hollywood means actresses has to endure several beauty procedures and treatments to look the part.

But not Hayek. The beautiful actor has maintained a glow and beauty without invasive treatments. Just like her exercise routine, the star has shared her beauty regimen.
In an episode of Kelly Ripa’s podcast, “Let’s Talk Off Camera,” Salma Hayek has shared a wide-ranging interview that touched on her beauty routine.
The beautiful actress said that despite her ageless look, she has never used botox. “No Botox,” she said. Instead she does a “strange” meditation where she feels energy “dancing” throughout her body.
That Hayek says is responsible for her good looks. “I do a lot of the frequency machines and they work on me better than on anyone,” she explained.
“And just the meditation … sometimes when I’m doing it, people tell me when I come out of the room, ‘Oh my God, you look 20 years old.”
Salma Hayek also says radiofrequency and microfrequency machines that tweak and tighten the skin in non-invasive ways is her go to method. She added that, “The people that do the machines say that the results I get, they don’t get with other people.”
The actress also told Ripa that her meditation sessions also improved her health not just beauty.
“When I don’t [meditate] for some time, guess what? Not only [does] the face starts to drop and everything starts to drop,
[but also] my herniated disc, the problem in my neck, the problem in my hip, my ankles [comes back]. I start breaking down,” she said.

This is not the first time Hayek is speaking against Botox. In 2017 she told DuJour, “I don’t believe in Botox because your face doesn’t move, and it’s something you have to do for the rest of your life, more and more every time.”
Salma Hayek is not the only star who doesn’t believe in Botox. Celebrities like Stevie Nicks, Julia Roberts and Meryl Streep all detest the injectible.
