Khloe Kardashian shared an image of her daughter True Thompson twinning with her cousin Dream Kardashian in Aaliyah t-shirts and personalized backpacks on Instagram on Friday. The youngsters held hands in the photo.
Dream Kardashian and True Thompson styled Aaliyah T-shirts with black shorts, and similar sneakers alongside personalised backpacks with their names. The cousins held hands as they flashed peace signs in the driveway.
“♡ ♡ ♡,” Khloe, who shares True with ex Tristan Thompson, captioned the post. Her daughter has amassed quite the collection of eye-catching bags, having previously shown off other personalized backpacks and purses including a Louis Vuitton purse and donut-shaped Judith Leibee clutch worth over $4000.
Dream also owns a Louis Vuitton purse gifted to her by Kim Kardashian. Khloe Kardashian brother Rob shares her with former fiancée Blac Chyna but the Good American Co-founder has a close connection with her niece and even sees herself as the girl’s third parent.
The Fabletics ambassador who also shares son Tatum, 1, with Thompson — said that Dream Kardashian needed “great maternal influence” in her life and claimed she was “one of [her] babies.” She even helped Rob with a butterfly-themed birthday party for her niece in November 2022.
Khloe Kardashian later clarified her comments, claiming they were “twisted” out of her mouth. “It saddens me to see clickbait headlines that are taken out of context or twisted to be something it’s not,” she wrote on Instagram shortly after the episode aired. “I love ALL of my nieces and nephews more than I can express.”
“True and Dream are best friends and I feel so incredibly blessed they have this relationship, she continued. And the Aaliyah t-shirt and personalized backpacks prove it. She also said there was no beef between her and Blac Chyna.
“The focus is on Dream and her happiness and making sure she feels unconditional love at her mommy’s house, her daddy’s house and any family members [sic] house for that matter,” Khloe shared.
