The Marc Jacob ads come after Kim got slammed and labelled “tone deaf” for promoting an MRI scan package. She received several backlash with critics furious over how “entitled” the star is.

Apparently, that didn’t go well with the public over the price of the scan but she insisted that the snap promoting the company that carried out her scan was not a paid advertisement.
