Khloe Kardashian shared in the finale episode of “The Kardashians” that she allowed her ex-partner, Tristan Thompson and his 16-year-old brother Amari to move in with her after the death of their mother and his roof collapsed.
It’s Thursday and it is time for our favourite reality tv show. This new episode is full of sweet drama from the Kardashians as Khloe dropped a new bombshell.
Tristan Thompson’s mum died of a heart attack at 53 and the player, saddened by the news called his ex-girlfriend, Khloe for comfort.
In her words, “I didn’t really understand what he was saying,” “He was just like screaming on the phone, trying to tell me that she’s gone, but I had no idea who he was talking about.”
When it finally dawned on her that his mother was gone, the star tried her best to be there for him. Khloe travelled with her mom, Kris Jenner and elder sister, Kim Kardashian to help out with funeral arrangements.
The death of his mom meant that Tristan Thompson had sole guardianship of his disabled 16-year-old brother Amari. Per Khloe in a confessional, “Amari is 16, and he is severely disabled.”
“It’s just really sad, because we don’t know what he knows or doesn’t know, cognitively.” After Amari moved to California, the roof of Tristan Thompson’s house collapsed and became flooded.
That was how Tristran and his brother found their way into Khloe Kardashian’s house. That’s why, as she put it, “Tristan and Amari are staying at my house right now until his own is fully renovated.
Despite everything the player did, Khloe still looked out for him and his brother. “I’m grateful that I’m strong enough and brave enough to be a support system for someone else that has no other support system right now,” she said in a confessional.
Then continued, “You don’t have to treat me right for me to treat you right—it’s not the way I was raised.” However, she said, that Tatum has been to get to know his uncle in the process.
While having the conversation, Kim pointed out how despite Khloe trying to move on and set some boundaries, she could not entirely move on. This is true when you have kids with someone, you share a bond that can never truly be cut off.🥲
In Kim’s words “Isn’t God just, like, funny?” Kim said to her sister. “You were so ready to have your year of being free, and now, Tristan had to move in with you, his little brother had to move in with you, and his roof caved in. What are the chances?”
Khloe replied, “My No. 1 slogan I always use: You want to make God laugh, tell him your plans,” she said. “God does have a plan. And God doesn’t want him to be alone right now. And why should he be?”
In an episode of “The Kardashians”, Khloe revealed that she had decided to forgive Tristan to set herself free but that they are not getting back together.
“I know it’s hard for everyone to believe, but I love, love, love Andrea and I love Tristan. I love Amari. This is what family does,” she said.
“Tristan is the father of my kids… I know how close Tristan and his mom are, and I just, it’s just heartbreaking. And then to be left with the responsibility of another person as well, it’s a lot.”
Khloe Kardashian added, “I just think this is what family does when s–t hits the fan. All you have is your family. And Tristan and I are family, and we’re gonna be family for the rest of our lives.”
