Donald Trump and 18 others are facing a 41-count indictment over their attempt to nullify Georgia 2020 election results. Interestingly, the case is getting complicated with the former president getting restless or so it seems.
An anonymous source said the elderly statesman is getting less confident about the outcome. Per the insider, he is “showing signs that it’s wearing on him.”

Then continued, “Georgia indictment has “brought about a change,” “Trump not so confident anymore. He is not acting so cocky anymore. He’s not lashing out so much. The arrogance is gone.”
“It feels like it’s all setting [in] for him now,” the insider concluded. The former president was indicted with his partners including ex-Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows.
The indictment was by Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. An indictment Donald Trump says is a “witch hunt” and “politically inspired.” Although he seems to be quite confident outside, it may be that he is crumbling on the inside.
A statement by an anonymous source says that the former president is “nervous,” because “there are so many defendants, he believes that a bunch of them are going to make deals and flip on him.”
Another official caught in the Trump indictment is Attorney Jenna Ellis. She had asked on social media platform X(formerly Twitter), “Why isn’t MAGA, Inc. funding everyone’s defence?”
This news comes after the former president announced on his social media platform Truth Social that he will turn himself in to Fulton County authorities on Thursday.
Donald Trump wrote, “Can you believe it? I’ll be going to Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday to be ARRESTED by a Radical Left District Attorney, Fani Willis.”
Trump has been charged with not communicating with co-defendants or discussing the case with them. The Georgia case is the fourth criminal indictment brought against him since leaving office.
Like several offenders, he has denied wrongdoing. Even his co-defendants in Georgia have denied the charges. One known as Eastman said in a statement: “My legal team and I will vigorously contest every count of the indictment in which I am named.’

Then referring to Donald Trump, “And also every count in which others are named, for which my knowledge of the relevant facts, law, and constitutional provisions may prove helpful.”
Another Giuliani has called the case an “affront to American Democracy,” while Meadows filed an emergency motion asking a judge to move the case to avoid arrest.
