Christina Aguilera attends the New York Fashion Week show on Wednesday displaying curves in an illusion dress a few weeks after suffering a knee injury.
The illusion dress number is a long-sleeved Feben AW/23 maxi dress by Ethiopian designer Feben Vemmenby. The dress was made in a nod to the colourful swirly pattern based on a painting by artist Jaana-Kristiina Alakoski.
The designer won the coveted ELLE UK Style Award for Breakthrough Designer of the Year 2023 at The Old Sessions House in London on Tuesday. Aguilera paired the dress with gold clutch, and gold high-heeled boots selected by stylist Chris Horan.
The singer’s hair was styled with a waist-long top piece fastened to the crown of her head while she sported full glam makeup. The glam consisted of a heavy contour, extra-long lashes, darkened brows, and a nineties-inspired lipstick shade.
The New York Fashion Week outing comes 3 weeks after she suffered a knee injury. Per TMZ, Christina Aguilera was sighted a motorized scooter around Disneyland in Anaheim, CA on August 16 due to a minor knee injury.
The star also shared a snap of herself attending Vogue’s New York Fashion Week event on her Instastories. She was later seen leaving the event with her fiancé of nine years, MasterClass executive VP Matthew Rutler.
Aguilera and Rutlershare nine-year-old daughter Summer Rain together, and Christine also has a 15-year-old son Max Liron with ex-husband Jordan Bratman whom she divorced in 2011.
