Prince Harry Supposedly ‘Uncomfortable’ With Celebrity Life Meghan Markle Wants To Pursue

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s “ambition to become a global humanitarian power couple” looks to be “on ice” for the time being. A critic claims.

Journalist Alison Boshoff examined the most recent rumors about Meghan and Prince Harry’s jobs and discovered a discrepancy in their respective rumored goals.

While the Duchess of Sussex has signed a solo deal with WME’s Hollywood agent Ari Emanuel, who will no doubt try to deepen her presence in the creative and entertainment world, Harry is said to be returning to charity and campaigning work after a string of projects focused on his own life and struggles, the commentator said.

The journalist wondered, “How long before Harry turns his back on the showbiz life, for which he is obviously ill-suited and seems entirely uncomfortable with.”

While Meghan has been happy to contact a wide range of celebrity friends for her Archetypes podcast, the commentator wrote in a Daily Mail comment piece, Harry’s reported ideas for an audio series were more focused on dialogues with world leaders, with Bloomberg recently reporting that one of the Duke’s plans was to interview Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin about their formative traumatic experiences.

Ms. Boshoff said that Harry’s focal point has always appeared to be charitable work and service.

In March, the Duke stated that “being in the service of others” drives him.

“I get so much out of helping other people,” Harry remarked at the Uplift summit in San Francisco, organized by coaching firm BetterUp, for which he is the Chief Impact Officer.

“To be in the service of others is what drives me, what gets me out of bed every day. Then you have kids.”

The Duke’s announced Netflix project, Heart of Invictus, which is expected to be released soon, reflects his passion for service and helping others.

This docu-series, which was first announced in April 2021, is aimed at motivating Invictus Games participants – sick, ill, or injured veterans and servicemen and women who overcome their challenges through the power of sport.

Ms. Boshoff also mentioned that, while Meghan grew up in the entertainment industry and had her career in it, Harry didn’t seem to be interested in it.

During an interview with Oprah Winfrey two years ago, the Duke discussed the Sussexes’ relationships with streaming services Netflix and Spotify, saying, “The Netflix and the Spotify, they’re all… that was never part of the plan.” We didn’t have a strategy.

“That was suggested by somebody else to the point where my family literally cut me off financially and I had to afford security for us.”

While discussing Meghan’s new connection with her Hollywood agent, Ms. Boshoff stated, “She is modeling herself on her old boss Bonnie Hammer, an executive at NBC who gave her her big break in Suits.”

“But even as she races towards bigger and more lucrative media ventures, her husband’s concerns are centered on the environment and mental health.”
