In a letter to a royal fan, Kate, Princess of Wales, and Prince William revealed a sweet detail about Prince Louis’ birthday.
On April 23, the Wales family celebrated the youngster’s fifth birthday, with legions of admirers expressing their best wishes via social media. One lucky fan received a response from Kate and William for theirs, as well as some rare insight into the youngster’s big day.

Theduchssofwonderland enthusiastically displayed a letter from the Prince and Princess to their Instagram followers.
They shared a photo of a card featuring an image of little Louis sporting a blue Fair Isle jumper, as well as an envelope with Buckingham Palace stamps and King Charles III’s official monogram behind it.
A second photo reveals the Kensington Palace logo on the reverse of the envelope and photograph, as well as a statement written below.
The telegram from the official desk of Wales stated that the little Prince had a “fantastic” birthday.
“Thank you for the very thoughtful message which you sent for Prince Louis’s fifth birthday,” the whole note stated.
“Prince Louis had a fantastic day, and your message was greatly appreciated by the Prince and Princess, who send you their very best wishes.”
The photo received by the social media user was posted on Instagram a day before the Prince’s birthday.

In the foreground, the Princess of Wales is driving her youngest son, who is looking to his right.

“Someone turns five tomorrow,” the caption stated. “A very happy birthday to Prince Louis.”
The image has received over 1.2 million likes, with thousands more others commenting below.
One Instagram user commented that he was the “double of his Maternal Grandfather.”
