The King and Queen have been featured in a royal squabble going on in Beanotown. Today, as the Beano celebrates its 85th birthday, it depicts Charles questioning if he is the monarch in the renowned comic’s hometown.

Queen Camilla gleefully informs him that children run the streets, only to be corrected by her stepson, Prince of Wales, who shouts, “Mischief rules!” before his wife Kate adds, “I heard there’s NO rules!”
