Gwyneth Paltrow and her daughter, Apple Martin had a mom-and-daughter twin session as the star shared an image of them matching green Hunter rain boots amid the extreme weather in California.

The image is part of the star’s summer photo dump shared on Instagram. In that particular snapshot, both sported white ensembles but different outfits.
Paltrow wore a breezy white top with billowing sleeves and large black buttons, plus green two-tone checkered high-waisted shorts and a chunky gold chain choker.
Likewise, Apple Martin looked dainty in an off-white sundress by Gucci printed with the house’s logo, in a subtle brown, all over. The teenager added a raffia shoulder bag and gold jewellery to the fit.
In the image also, Gwyneth Paltrow and Apple were seen rocking their natural face and kicking up their legs to reveal their matching green rain boots.
The rain boots were very vital due to Category 4 Hurricane Hilary (downgraded to a tropical storm this morning) which tore through Southern California on Sunday, bringing historic rainfall and flooding to the area, and knocking out power in several neighbourhoods.
Apart from the twinning image with her daughter Apple Martin, Paltrow shared several images of herself in chic summer outfits. One features a cropped black spaghetti-strap top and airy wide-leg pants.
Another was comprised of a navy-, white-, and green-striped sweater styled with high-waisted white denim shorts and flip-flops. “OOTD summer roundup,” she wrote in the caption.
