Wells Adams and Sarah Hyland are commemorating their first wedding anniversary.
The happy pair celebrated the event on Sunday by posting loving tributes to one another on each other’s Instagram pages.
“One year married to you flew by in a blink of an eye. You’re my HUSBAND. My best friend. “My true north,” the “Love Island USA” presenter captioned a photo from their wedding day.
“I love you more than words can say, and every day is the best day when I’m with you.” Marriage is most fun I’ve ever had because I get to be married to you.”
Meanwhile, the “Bachelor in Paradise” bartender added in his own post, “Happy first anniversary to my perfect wife.” I love you more. Plus one. Anything you say.”
At Sunstone Winery in Santa Ynez, California, on August 20, 2022, the couple exchanged vows after being engaged for more than three years.
Sofa Vergara, Julie Bowen, Nolan Gould, and Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who officiated the wedding, were among the “Modern Family” co-stars who were there.
Vanessa Hudgens and musician GG Magree were her bridesmaids, and influencer and actress Ciara Robinson served as maid of honor.
The 32-year-old actress stunned in two Vera Wang wedding dresses for the ceremony and reception, while Charlotte Tilbury and renowned makeup artist Denika Bedrossian collaborated to create her classic bridal look.
After nearly two years of dating, the “Bachelorette” alum, 39, proposed to Hyland in July 2019.
They were supposed to say “I do” in August 2020, but the ceremony was pushed back twice due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We were supposed to get married last year, obviously, that didn’t happen,” Adams told People in 2021. “We were supposed to get married this year, that didn’t happen.”
He joked at the time that they were “gonna go to Vegas, or the courthouse” if their 2022 wedding didn’t work out, saying, “2022 has got to be our year, right?!”
