Tina Knowles was spotted without her wedding ring in her first public appearance after the announcement of her divorce from Richard Lawson.
Beyoncé’s mother, 69, was observed leaving the Los Angeles International Airport in a black SUV.
The entrepreneur wore a black, long-sleeved V-neck shirt and matching slacks, which she accessorized with a Louis Vuitton handbag.
It is unknown where she was flying to.
As TSZ Newz previously reported, Knowles filed for divorce from her second husband on Wednesday, after eight years of marriage.
She put their separation date as Tuesday and stated “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their breakup.
When the author of “Destiny’s Style: Bootylicious Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle Secrets from Destiny’s Child” did not join Lawson on his press tour for “Black Terror” earlier this month, fans began to suspect that there was trouble in paradise.
They also discovered that the businesswoman’s Instagram bio had been changed from “Tina Lawson” to “Tina Knowles.”
Before their love relationship began in 2013, the two had been friends for some time.
Two years later, the former couple married on a yacht in Newport Beach, California.
Knowles has yet to comment officially on her split from the “Always A Bridesmaid” star.
Twitter fans went into a frenzy after learning of the former couple’s divorce – and not just because they were shocked.
According to Complex, internet sleuths swiftly discovered that the actor, 76, had been “liking” a handful of pornographic posts on the social media site.
“I saw Richard Lawson’s likes this morning and umm….,” stated one user.
A second person tweeted, “Hey uh…you know your Twitter likes are public…right?”
His account was later disabled.
Knowles has two children with her first husband, Matthew Knowles: Beyoncé and Solange. They had been married for over 30 years before splitting up in 2011.
