During her show Saturday night, Taylor Swift, who is on the American leg of her blockbuster Eras Tour, performed her Kanye West diss single “This Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things” for the first time since 2018.

Swift let loose an epic laugh during an acoustic performance of the song, which appears on her “Reputation” album, at Seattle’s Lumen Field.

“And here’s to you, ’cause forgiveness is a nice thing to do,” she sang before busting out laughing, as she often does when performing the song.

When she finally calmed down, the 33-year-old pop artist said, “I can’t even say it with a straight face.”

Fans reacted quickly to the unexpected performance of the song, which was released following her epic dispute with West, 46, and his then-wife, Kim Kardashian.

“I think when the laugh came out, she wasn’t expecting it, and it had to take a second to recover [sic],” one fan stated.

“Not the little scream after the laugh I love her sm,” said another.

A third user commented that “the laugh was personal,” while another expressed hope that she “saved this song for a LA performance” in case Kardashian, 42, came with her kid North West.

Swift’s dispute with Kanye began after he interrupted her acceptance speech for Best Video by a Female Artist at the 2009 VMAs.

Although the pair appeared to reconcile in the years that followed, he went on to record a song named “Famous” in 2016, claiming permission from Swift to use the phrase “that bitch” in the lyrics.

The “Cruel Summer” chart-topper, on the other hand, begged to disagree, prompting Kardashian to release a recording of the conversation and label the singer a “snake.”

“Wait it’s legit National Snake Day?!?!? They have holidays for everybody, I mean everything these days!” the reality star wrote at the time.

Swift later stated that she dealt with the uproar caused by Kardashian’s video, which looked to show her approving the rapper’s lyrics, by producing new songs.

“A mass public shaming, with millions of people saying you are quote-unquote canceled, is a very isolating experience,” she told Vogue in 2019.

“When you say someone is canceled, it’s not a TV show. It’s a human being. You’re sending mass amounts of messaging to this person to either shut up, disappear, or it could also be perceived as, ‘Kill yourself,'” she continued.

“I knew immediately I needed to make music about it because I knew it was the only way I could survive it. It was the only way I could preserve my mental health and also tell the story of what it’s like to go through something so humiliating.”

Along with “This is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things,” fans also believe “Look What You Made Me Do” was inspired by Kanye and Kardashian.
