Rumer Willis boldly breastfed her newborn daughter, Louetta, while relaxing on a beach after being mom-shamed on Instagram for uploading nursing photos.
In a selfie posted on her Instagram Story on Thursday, the eldest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore carried her baby with one arm during feeding time while sitting on a picnic blanket in the sand.

“Life is good,” she captioned the selfie.
Rumer, 35, wore a purple and pink crinkle bikini top with matching high-waisted bottoms that showed off her pelvic tattoo.
She styled her hair in a sloppy bun and sported two gold chain necklaces.
In another adorable photo, the “House Bunny” star clutched her diaper-clad baby close to her bosom as they relaxed in the shade.
Her beach photos were shared about a week after the new mom defended herself against trolls who chastised her for posting a photo of herself naked while nursing her baby.
When a netizen questioned the post, Rumer responded, “Cause I want to.”
But when another critic branded her an “insecure… narcissist” and claimed “nursing a baby is very private and should not be displayed like a circus event,” the “Dancing with the Stars” alum truly let her claws out.
Rumer retorted, accusing the hater of having “such a limited view of it.”
“I think it’s incredibly important to share because there is an incredible amount of shame that comes with being born into a female body and I want to lead by example in teaching my daughter that she doesn’t have to be ashamed of her body ever and that she can decide how she wants to share it,” she wrote.
In addition, the “Empire” alum shut down a troll who accused her of having “low self-esteem.”
“I really couldn’t care less what your opinion is about what you think I’m doing or why cause I know my heart and intentions but I truly pity you cause it says so much about you and how you value and love yourself and how you value other women that this is the way you took this post. … I feel so sorry for you,” she wrote, adding that she is the “happiest [she has] ever been in life.”
Rumer ended her online diatribe by saying that “things like breastfeeding need to be honored instead of shamed.”
The Broadway star has been embracing her postpartum physique and happily flaunting it on Instagram for her fans to see.
“This body of mine … is a little softer and rounder and jiggly and different and that’s ok, more than ok It’s kind of amazing because I grew a person inside of it,” she captioned a naked photo of herself she posted last month.
Rumer and her boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas revealed that they had welcomed a baby girl in April.

After seven months of dating speculation, the couple acknowledged their relationship in November 2022 and announced that they were planning to start a family together that December.
