Noor Alfallah has requested full physical custody of her three-month-old son with actor Al Pacino.
According to court records acquired by TSZ Newz, the 29-year-old filed a petition to ascertain parental tie with the iconic actor in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Unmarried couples with children frequently utilize the filing to establish child custody, visitation, and child support.
Despite demanding physical custody, she is willing to give the 83-year-old “reasonable visitation” privileges and has asked for joint legal custody, which would allow him a say in crucial choices such as schooling and medical treatment.
She also wants the “Scarface” actor to pay her legal fees and any other court-related expenses.
Noor also sent a copy of a signed “voluntary declaration of parentage,” proving that Al is the biological father of Roman Alfallah Pacino.
According to court documents, the couple welcomed their first child together — Al’s fourth — on June 6.
While sources told TSZ at the time that the couple was overjoyed, the “Godfather” actor allegedly sought a paternity test when he learned of her pregnancy.
According to sources, Al was “shocked” and didn’t think he could get anyone pregnant due to a medical condition that normally caused infertility.
In fact, the actor didn’t even realize Noor was pregnant until two months before she gave birth.
However, after things were in order, Al appeared to be overjoyed to be extending his family, calling the pregnancy “special” in a clip.

“It’s very special,” he said. “It has always been. I’ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this moment.”
Al and Noor have been sighted on multiple dinner dates in the months since Roman’s arrival and were last seen together at the beginning of August.
