Lisa Marie Presley died as a result of complications from a small bowel obstruction, TSZ Newz can confirm.

An autopsy obtained by Post on Thursday indicated “therapeutic” levels of oxycodone and Buprenorphine, a second opioid, in her system. Quetiapine, an antipsychotic medication, was also detected.

The medicines did not cause her death, according to the report, and there was “no evidence of injury or foul play.”

Adhesions that occurred after bariatric surgery, a weight loss operation, were reported to be the cause of bowel obstruction.

Her death was ruled to be natural.

Presley, 54, died on Jan. 12 after having a heart arrest earlier that day.

Paramedics allegedly performed CPR on the “Lights Out” singer at her Calabasas, California, home before obtaining a pulse and taking her to Los Angeles’ West Hills Hospital and Medical Center.

It was then discovered that Presley had been placed on life support and in a medically induced coma, and is in “critical” condition.

At the time, TSZ Newz also learned that the singer-songwriter “coded multiple times.” Presley was pronounced dead shortly after.

In a memorial to him in October 2020, the mother of four said, “My heart and soul went with you. The depth of the pain is suffocating and bottomless without you every moment of every day.”

She concluded, “I will never be the same. Please wait for me my love, and hold my hand while I stay to continue to protect and raise your little sisters and to be here for Riley. I know you would want that.”
