Kevin Costner’s estranged wife Christine Baumgartner has accused him of “withholding” evidence of his finances as their ugly divorce fight continues.

According to a California Superior Court file obtained by TSZ Newz on Monday, Baumgartner’s attorney has requested the court to order the “Yellowstone” actor to reveal documentation relating to his business enterprises.

The couple, who have children Cayden, 16, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 13, have been entangled in a heated court battle after Baumgartner filed for divorce after 18 years of marriage on May 1.

Baumgartner has been forced to leave Costner’s luxury $145 million estate despite originally refusing to do so.

She was granted temporary child support of $129,755 per month, significantly less than her original request of $248,000 per month.

Under the rules of their prenup, the mother of three is also entitled to a $1.5 million pay, and Costner must pay $200,000 in attorney’s fees and $100,000 in forensic costs.

“(Kevin) has requested a multi-day evidentiary hearing on (Christine’s) request for child support, at which time the Court will receive evidence regarding (Kevin’s) gross cash flow available for support and anticipated future income,” Baumgartner’s lawyer wrote.

“(Kevin) has also requested a trial to determine the validity of the parties’ Premarital Agreement, the unconscionability of which will depend on an analysis of how the terms of that agreement compare to the parties’ present financial realities.”

“The Court will need to receive evidence regarding those circumstances to make its determination. However, (Christine) will be unable to present any evidence that (Kevin) has chosen to withhold from discovery,” the lawyer added.

Costner’s lawyers, on their part, said that giving the required material would be “burdensome, oppressive, and harassing.”

“This Request seeks documents that are not relevant given the parties entered into a Premarital Agreement containing a limitation on spousal support and providing that all income earned during marriage would be the separate property of the spouse earning the income and providing for no community property,” the “Yellowstone” star’s lawyer wrote.

It comes after Baumgartner, 49, claimed earlier this month that she did not understand their prenuptial agreement when they signed it in 2004.

In response, Costner’s legal team asked the judge if the handbag designer knew what she signed and requested that Baumgartner’s legal team explain whether or not their client understood the written contract.
