Christine Baumgartner, Kevin Costner’s estranged wife, has agreed to willingly leave the lavish mansion she previously shared with the actor on one condition.
Despite their long-standing prenup, which stated that she had 30 days to evacuate their home after filing for divorce on May 1, the handbag designer has been holed up at the $145 million property.

According to court records acquired by Radar Online, Baumgartner now says she will leave the estate provided the actor drops more money to ensure that she is not left penniless.
The 49-year-old wants the 68-year-old “Yellowstone” star to commit to paying any support expenses ordered by the judge at an upcoming hearing.
Baumgartner has stated that she will vacate the properties on August 31, 2023, if Costner complies “with whatever support and fee orders that the court makes on July 12” – the hearing date in their divorce proceedings, according to the site.
The proposal states that she will have 50 days to pack and relocate.
The mother of three claimed she was hesitant to leave the home the couple had shared without a financial structure in place, and that having to move numerous times is unfair to the couple’s three children, Cayden Wyatt, 15, Hayes Logan, 14, and Grace Avery, 13.
Baumgartner claimed in her filing that the actor “wants me to rent a place without a financial plan in place. However, I have our three children to think about. It is contrary to their best interests to commit to a rental that I may not be able to afford, particularly as that would ultimately lead to multiple relocations.”
“My goal has been and continues to be maintaining as much stability for our children as possible, which includes having the proper resources and plan in place so that I can establish a stable home for them, rather than making temporary and inconsistent housing arrangements,” she continued, according to Radar Online.
Costner was previously rumored to have handed Baumgartner over $1.2 million for his prenuptial duties.
According to paperwork acquired by TMZ, Costner stated that he is willing to “contribute $30K per month for a rental house as part of his child support obligations and is willing to advance another $10K for her moving costs.”

After 18 years of marriage, Baumgartner filed for divorce from Costner last month, alleging “irreconcilable differences.”
In her filing, Baumgartner requested joint custody of their three children. She did not, however, request spousal support.
The next day, Costner responded to her petition, requesting shared custody of the children as well.
