Kevin Costner has been ordered to pay more than double the amount of child support he had suggested to his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner.

According to court documents acquired, Judge Thomas Anderle ordered on Tuesday that the “Yellowstone” actor must pay the handbag designer $129,755 per month to support their three children together.

The former couple, who married in 2004, will each be expected to pay half of their children’s health care, sports, and extracurricular activities.

Baumgartner, 49, first wanted $248,000 per month in child support, in addition to an undisclosed amount of spousal support previously agreed upon in the premarital agreement.

The “Bodyguard” star refused to pay the amount she sought, stating he can’t afford it due to his shifting job situation.

Costner further accused Baumgartner of demanding the funds for her own personal expenses, such as cosmetic procedures, boutique shopping, ATM withdrawals, construction loans, and other charges that had “nothing” to do with her children.

Costner argued that a “reasonable” amount of child support for Baumgartner would be $51,940 per month, which is what he was paying at the time.

After 18 years of marriage, the mother of three filed for divorce from the actor in May, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Since then, the former couple has been embroiled in a contentious legal dispute over the provisions of their prenuptial agreement.

Costner had been pleading with Baumgartner for weeks to leave their joint home, citing a premarital agreement they both signed in 2004 that said she would depart their marital estate within 30 days of a divorce.

In response, Baumgartner claimed that despite their premarital agreement, the Academy Award winner had “no legal basis” to kick her out.

Despite her attorneys’ claims that she didn’t have enough time or money to locate another place to live by the end of the month, their plea for an extension was denied.
