It’s never too late to say sorry. Justin Bieber’s dad Jeremy apologized passive-aggressively after publishing a homophobic message during Pride Month and receiving condemnation.

“Acknowledging the nuclear family is offensive?” Please accept my apologies to all who have been offended. That was not my intention. “Not that my opinion matters,” Jeremy Bieber said on Twitter on Wednesday.

“You knew what you were doing when you tweeted it, and you also knew Justin would get thrown under the bus as if he hadn’t already?” Someone wrote.

“You know exactly what you meant, don’t pretend to be a saint.” If you’re prejudiced, that’s fine, but keep it to yourself,” another urged.

“You definitely knew you were being disrespectful and still posted it,” said another.

Jeremy was in hot water earlier Wednesday for tweeting an offensive meme that netizens deemed homophobic.

“Don’t forget to thank a straight person this month for your existence,” the now-deleted remark said over a rainbow flag photo.

Just two days before, Jeremy, who has four children from three different women, tweeted that people “need to celebrate families.”

“You know why we’re all here!” he continued. The things this generation glorifies is unbelievable!”

Jeremy was absent from Justin’s youth, leaving his mother, Pattie Mallette, to raise him.

The Drew House founder, on the other hand, has maintained contact with his father and shown his support for Jeremy’s growing family with Erin Wagner and Chelsey Rebelo.

Justin has even shared images of himself with his half-siblings, Jazmyn, 15, Jaxon, 13, and Bay, 4.

The “Love Yourself” singer has not publicly expressed his support for the LGBTQIA+ community; however, in a 2011 interview with Rolling Stone, he did react to a question concerning homosexuality.

“It’s everyone’s own decision to do that,” he declared at the time, even though sexual orientation is not a choice.

Justin, who married Hailey Bieber in 2018, went on to say, “It doesn’t affect me and shouldn’t affect anyone else.”
