Jennifer Aniston claims that one often-used phrase, sometimes disguised as a compliment, drives her “bananas.”

The 54-year-old “Murder Mystery” star claimed that the term “you look great for your age” should be “you look great — period.”

“It drives me insane.” “I can’t take it anymore,” she told British Vogue. “It’s a societal practice to have these markers like, ‘Well, you’re at that level, so for your age…’ I’m not even sure what that means.”

“I’m in better shape than I was when I was in my twenties.” I am happier in my mind, body, and spirit. “Everything is 100 percent better,” the Emmy winner continued.

The actress recently revealed the key to her youthful appearance, addressing InStyle about her fitness routine developed through years of trial and error.

The actress admitted to previously feeling compelled to work out hard which ended up with her injuring herself.

“When you’re in the mindset of, ‘I need to do 45 minutes of cardio or I won’t get a good workout,’ it’s daunting,” she explained to the site this week. “I believed it for a long time. “I simply burned out and broke my body.”

Aniston believes that expecting to “feel the burn” during physical activity is a harmful mindset.

“My physical therapist gave me a Barbie doll that’s covered in Kinesio tape,” she added, adding that the tape’s function is “to show every injury I’ve had in the last 15 years.”
