Jamie Lynn Spears To Join ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Season 32

Jamie Lynn Spears is getting ready to dance!

The “Sweet Magnolias” actress will compete on Season 32 of “Dancing With the Stars” with partner Alan Bersten, according to an announcement made Tuesday.

Spears announced that she would give her weekly pay to the writers’ and film actors’ guild strikes.

“I want to give back to them when they can’t give back to themselves,” she explained.

She also quipped that she’s “looking forward” to changes to her body as a result of all the dancing she’s about to do.

“Maybe I’ll come back here and be a dress size smaller,” she joked.

Ariana Madix from “Vanderpump Rules” and Charity Lawson from “The Bachelorette” will join Spears, 32, in the ballroom, which has previously been publicized.

It was also announced earlier this month that actress Mira Sorvino will compete for the mirrorball trophy this year.

The whole list of celebrities and their professional partners will be revealed live during “GMA” on Wednesday.

While we still have to wait to find out who the Season 32 cast members are, fans have been flocking to social media to share their best predictions on who might be on the show this season.

Fans have made some fairly fascinating conclusions based on incognito paparazzi photos taken outside of a “DWTS” studio in Los Angeles, as well as fresh mystery photographs shared to the show’s official Instagram and Twitter accounts.

Others claimed names like “Boy Meets World” actor Danielle Fishel and Kimberly J. Brown from the “Halloweentown” movie, while several correctly guessed Spears was behind one of the teaser pictures.

Other social media suggestions include “Brady Bunch” alum Barry Williams, NFL star Adrian Peterson, and “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards’ spouse Mauricio Umansky.

“Ngl that looks like Jamie Lynn Spears w Alan [Bersten], and if it is, we can say goodbye to any Britney songs on the show,” one user said, hinting at the casting being contentious given the siblings’ rocky relationship.

“Is that Jamie Lynn Spears with Alan?” a second person inquired after viewing the new promotional photos.

“I can totally see that being Jamie Lynn Spears with Alan!” someone else said.

During the popular #FreeBritney movement in September 2021, “DWTS” dedicated one of its whole shows to the renowned pop star in a special “Britney Night” tribute episode. The Grammy winner was still in the conservatory at the time, but insiders claimed she was “aware” of what was going on.

“We’re doing a whole night dedicated to Britney. It’s a lot of support and a lot of love. We [support] #FreeBritney,” pro dancer Gleb Savchenko said ahead of the show. “She’s amazing … and everything’s happening for her. I’m so happy.”

Britney’s conservatorship was finally lifted in November of that year, freeing her from the legal restraints imposed by her father, Jamie Spears, in 2008.

According to a source, the “Woman in Me” author is still at odds with her family, including Jamie Lynn and mother Lynne Spears.

“Dancing With the Stars,” co-hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough, returns to ABC and Disney+ this fall and will be available on Hulu the following day.
