“Happy Birthday to one of the kindest souls out there,” he said on Instagram. “Happy Bday, @ddlovato!!”

He was first hesitant to take on the pop sensation as a client.

“We had a plan not only for how we were going to say no, but who we were going to recommend,” he stated in Lovato’s 2021 YouTube docuseries “Dancing With the Devil.”

However, after meeting with the “Give Your Heart a Break” singer, Braun altered his tune.

“She didn’t need a manager, she needed a friend,” he said. “She needed someone who knew what to do, but didn’t need her to work.”

During her time with Braun and SB Projects, Lovato released two albums: “Dancing with the Devil… the Art of Starting Over” in 2021 and “Holy Fvck” last year.
