“It hasn’t [been easy], but there have never been moments when I’m like, ‘This isn’t worth it,’” she told the magazine. “It’s been worth every second. I just don’t know what it would take for me to give it up. I am stable. I’m calmer.”

The model claimed speaking public about her struggles, relieved a great weight off her shoulders.

“For a long time, I felt like I was hiding a lot from people who looked up to me. I finally feel as though I can be free and myself, fully,” she added.

In April, the 30-year-old spoke to Vogue about her substance addiction struggles and current sober journey.

The “Only Murders in the Building” actress talked about her rehab treatment, stating that seeing disturbing paparazzi photographs of herself at an airport acted as a wake-up call.

The model admitted that being on drugs made her feel “invincible,” and that her behavior became “feral.”

“It’s a scary thing to the people around you who love you,” she said at the time. “At that point, there was a lot of people who were very worried, understandably so.”

“I wasn’t really worried … but that is the nature of the disease,” she added.

After viewing photos of herself, the actress knew she would “end up dead” or do something “really, really stupid” if she did not get help.

Delevingne has been charting a new route to recovery since then.

As part of her “new beginnings,” she announced the removal of her tattoos.

She told the outlet that when she first started modeling, “you couldn’t get tattoos because it was part of your modeling contract, and they kind of owned your body,” so she inked a lion’s head on her finger as a form of defiance and then added additional ink.
