On the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney spent time doing photo shoots and interviews for Lemme — her line of all-natural edible (non-CBD) supplements and talked about how her relationship with the brand has evolved.

According to her, she spent 5 years researching the product before its launch in September last year. Lemme features all-natural, non-CBD vitamins.

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a chemical in the Cannabis sativa plant, also known as cannabis or hemp. The chemicals have found their way into various products.

There are potential risks and harms associated with CBD use. They include adverse drug interactions, liver toxicity, and reproductive and developmental effects.

Kourtney TV star is taking her health consciousness to another level with her new gummy vitamin brand.

Her are made with non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, CBD, and gelatin-free ingredients. She also steered clear of corn syrup.

Now, to the question of whether the supplements are safe. Kourtney stated that the tested the products on herself.

“My process [with a new product] is to take it to my natural doctor, and he would muscle test me with it,” she explained. “I would hold the product in my hand, and he would see how it reacts to my body.”

The vitamins have names like Lemme Chill, lemme live, and Lemme Matcha. Kourtney said “Matcha is probably my favorite gummy. It has B12, [so] it’s not like jittery caffeine energy.

Then continued “Matcha naturally has caffeine, so it’s not caffeine-free, but it’s like the tiniest bit of caffeine,”.

Before the Lemme brand, Kourtney cemented herself in the wellness world when she launched her Poosh website in 2019. The platform focuses on helping women to live healthier lifestyles.
