Singer Kelis, Dating Actor Bill Murray

Kelis, 43, is said to be dating the 72-year-old “Ghostbusters” actor Billy Murray.

Murray fueled relationship rumors after seeing the “Bossy” singer perform at the Mighty Hoopla event in South London last weekend. He was also seen cheering her on at some of her other appearances.

According to sources close to the couple, they were also seen together at the same hotel and have been “getting close for a while” since initially meeting in the United States.

“They’ve met up in the States before, which got people in the industry talking, and now they’re meeting up in London while they’re both here,” a friend reportedly stated. They’ve clearly clicked.

“They were both seen in the same hotel, and he’d seen her perform several times before going to Mighty Hoopla.”

“However, they’ve both experienced recent bereavement and share that common bond.”

“Whatever it is that has brought them together, and however unlikely it appears, they are both single and having fun despite the fairly large age gap,” the friend noted.

TSZ Newz has reached out to Kelis for comments but hasn’t gotten an immediate response.

The “Caddyshack” star’s newly claimed romance comes amid significant allegations of unethical behavior on set.

Filming on “Being Mortal” was halted in April when Murray was accused of flinging a glass ashtray at co-star Richard Dreyfuss and threatening to “throw” the film’s female producer “across a parking lot.”

He was also accused of being “touchy” with a number of women while filming Aziz Ansari’s film.

Murray responded to the allegations in May, stating he did something he thought was “funny.”

“I had a disagreement with a woman with whom I work. “I did something I thought was funny, and it wasn’t taken that way,” the actor told CNBC at the time, addressing charges that his claimed “inappropriate behavior” was the reason the film’s production was halted.

Murray’s first marriage to Margaret Kelly lasted from 1981 to 1996.

The “Lost in Translation” actor also moved on to Jennifer Butler. Their 11-year marriage, however, came to an end in May 2008 when she accused him of infidelity, domestic abuse, and marijuana and alcohol addiction.

Kelis, on the other hand, was once married to rapper Nas. She filed for divorce in 2009, alleging he emotionally and physically abused her during their marriage.

“It was quite dark. “I drank a lot,” she told Hollywood Unlocked in 2020. “There was a lot of mental and physical abuse, and if I hadn’t been pregnant, I might have stayed with him.” I truly liked him. We weren’t dating, we were married, and this was my person.” Those allegations have, however, been refuted by Nas.

Kelis later married Mike Mora in 2014. He died last March at the age of 37 after a fight with stage 4 stomach cancer.

She and the late photographer had two children: Shepherd, 8, and Galilee, 2. She also has a 13-year-old kid Knight with the “I Can” rapper.
