In a continuation of last week’s ‘The Kardashians,’ Kim shares more about shielding her kids from negative stories about their dad, Kanye West.
The episode of The Kardashians which aired on June 1 saw Kim Kardashian clapping back at haters who wrote that both Kim and Khloe are holding back the deep parts of their lives from the reality TV show.

Kim Kardashian got emotional over Kanye West her ex-husband during the season 3 premiere of “The Kardashians”. She also talked about the continuous struggle of co-parenting with Kanye West.
Recall that Kanye has consistently bashed Kim and her family members on several occasions after their divorce. The bashing even extended to Kim’s ex-boyfriend singer and comedian Pete Davidson.
However, Kim has withheld from responding publicly as she firmly stated that this will be how she will continue to handle the situation for as long as it lasts. She said, “I’m the one being accused of so many things and blamed for so many things and it is hurtful,”.
“It sucks, but I can control how I react and can control if I’m a mess. Then my kids will see that. I believe in my soul that one day my kids will appreciate my silence, my understanding and my grace. I will try my hardest to keep it together at all times
In the last episode, She said “I just still feel the need to not talk about it and protect it for my kids,” Kim explained, why she doesn’t say anything negative about her ex-husband. “I always will feel that way. But God, if people knew. I just would never do that to my kids. But it’s crazy.”
Kim Kardashian admitted that seeing how much Kanye has changed has taken a toll on her. She termed it “the hardest feeling to watch someone you loved and have a family with just be so different than who you knew,”.
She also stated sometimes “I feel like if he were to hit rock bottom, that’s his journey that he needs to figure out on his own,”. “I used to run around and call everyone behind his back and be like, ‘It’s going to be okay, don’t worry, just give him another chance.’ I don’t have that energy [anymore].”
For now, Kim’s biggest priority is ensuring that the four kids she shares with Kanye do not bear the brunt of their father’s negativity. She said that even their oldest daughter, North West, 9, is unaware of the public controversies that have surrounded her father Kanye.
However, it’s taken a lot of work for Kim to make sure she remains unfazed by it all. Kim recalled how she spends hours on most days “cleaning up” Kanye’s’ public outbursts and controversies.
She believes that whatever Kanye West says, affects her whole household. She only allows Apple TV in her home because she can’t risk other news sites carrying news about their Dad and they want to watch. So whether they have seen anything or not she will still go into crisis mood trying to avert negativity.
