Kim Kardashian is worried about what her ex-husband Kanye West will do to any guy she decides to date knowing how difficult it was for Pete Davidson who she dated after the rapper.
“There’s a part of me that is like, ‘Oh my God, is everyone gonna be scared because I don’t have the easiest ex?’” the reality TV icon, 42, said on Monday’s episode of the “Angie Martinez IRL” podcast.

She continued, “I don’t think that’s fair for me to ever put someone in a situation or bring a new person in who could be super innocent. Then there’s a side of me that’s like, ‘Why would I ever have to live that way?’”
In another interview with Angie Martinez, Kim Kardashian, 42, cried about the difficulties of co-parenting with the 45-year-old “Donda” rapper whose behavior has become increasingly controversial on social media.
“It’s really f–king hard,” admitted the “Kardashians” star, who shares North, 9, Saint, 7, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3, with the Yeezy brand founder.
On November 29, the former couple finalized their divorce. Kim Kardashian first filed for divorce in February 2021, after seven years of marriage.
Kanye West, who has made several public attempts to win back Kardashian, has made headlines this year for designing “White Lives Matter” apparel, a barrage of anti-Semitic attacks, and allegedly showing ex-employees pornography, including explicit photos of Kardashian.
Although Kardashian is concerned that West’s celebrity will scare away potential suitors, she insists that she is in the “fun zone” of being single.
“I don’t know if I’ll get married again, but I’ll have my forever partner. I know that. He’s coming, absolutely. I’m at peace and I’m gonna have fun until that happens,” she told Martinez, 51.
Kim Kardashian’s first boyfriend after her divorce from West was comedian Pete Davidson. They started dating in October 2021 but split up in August of this year.
Throughout Kim’s relationship with Pete Davidson, 29, Kanye frequently lashed out on social media at the “Saturday Night Live” star, which the Skims founder did not appreciate.

Back in February, the mother of four publicly chastised West for publicly threatening Davidson — whom the musician infamously referred to as “Skeet” — on social media.
“Divorce is difficult enough on our children. And Kanye’s obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly is only causing further pain for all,” she said in a statement at the time.
