Megan Thee Stallion’s former bodyguard and a key witness in Tory Lanez’s case has gone missing, according to a representative.
Justin Edison, a former member of the rapper’s security team, is scheduled to testify next week in Lanez’s ongoing assault trial for allegedly shooting Megan in the foot in 2020.
According to an attorney for Megan Thee Stallion, Edison’s testimony appeared to be jeopardized on Saturday.

“We recently learned that Justin Edison went missing right before he was scheduled to appear in court,” the attorney, Alex Spiro, told TMZ Saturday.
Spiro said the LAPD is “currently looking into his disappearance,” but a spokesperson for the department told The Post that a missing person’s case has not been opened on Edison.
When asked if it was wrong to say the police were searching for Edison, the spokesperson said, “Yeah, because it makes him look sound like he’s a criminal.”
According to a source, Edison’s attorney hasn’t heard from him since Thursday.
Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, has pleaded not guilty to shooting Megan after they left a 2020 party at Kylie Jenner’s house.
He is charged with assault with a firearm, illegal firearm possession, and negligent discharge of a firearm.
Megan testified emotionally on Tuesday that Lanz shot her after they left the party and an argument about a love triangle erupted on the ride home.
Megan claimed that Lanez’s bodyguard and Megan’s friend Kelsey Harris were in the car when she asked to be let out. Lanez allegedly fired several shots at her while yelling, “dance, bitch!”

“Help,” Harris texted Megan’s manager that night. Tory shot meg. 911″ and told prosecutors that Lanz fired the gun in September. She testified on Wednesday that she did not see Lanz shoot Megan. Lanez’s team claimed the shooting occurred between Megan and Harris.
